Consolidating digital MFP portfolio of different brands under one unified display would have enhanced visitor experience, suggests Naveen.
Alliance Digitech showcased a comprehensive range of both colored and black/white Konica Minolta Multifunction Printers at PrintPack India 2025. The colored multifunctional machine C 251i attracted significant visitor interest. “The strong response from visitors validated the growing market demand for advanced digital printing solutions,” informs Naveen Kumar, Director, Alliance Digitech. Alliance Digitech demonstrated the black & white models 205i, 287, 451i and coloured models C226i and C 251i.
Secured several orders during PrintPack India 2025, Alliance Digitech demonstrated strong market interest in the digital MFP solutions.
“Konica Minolta has been a regular exhibitor at PrintPack India, which has consistently proven to be a valuable platform for us,” says Naveen. At PrintPack 2025, Alliance Digitech experienced a notable improvement in the quality of visitor engagement and business outcome, even though the overall footfall, according to Naveen, was comparatively lower than previous editions. “What we found particularly encouraging was that the visitors who came to our stand were more focused and showed serious interest in our solutions, leading to more meaningful business discussions and opportunities,” he underlines.
In the digital multifunction printer segment, he observed encouraging growth patterns. He notes that there is an accelerating transition from traditional to digital workflows in offices and commercial environments. Businesses are increasingly recognizing the value of advanced MFPs that offer integrated document management solutions.
Elaborating further, Naveen says, “We’re particularly optimistic about several emerging trends in 2025:
- Rising demand for cloud-enabled MFPs that support hybrid working environments
- Growing interest in security-enhanced devices with advanced authentication features
- Increased adoption of MFPs with automated workflow capabilities
- Greater emphasis on devices that support sustainability initiatives through reduced energy consumption and waste.”
While PrintPack 2025 presented valuable networking opportunities, he observed a more focused visitor profile this year: “Although the quantity of leads was lower compared to previous editions, we noted that the interactions were more targeted, with visitors showing specific interest in our digital MFP solutions.”
“Looking ahead in 2025, we’re adapting our strategy to:
- Further strengthen our relationship with existing clients
- Enhance our market presence through targeted industry-specific solutions
- Optimize our sales and support infrastructure
While the exhibition provided different results than anticipated, we remain committed to our growth objectives and are adjusting our approach based on current market dynamics and customer feedback,” shares Naveen.
Giving his feedback on this edition of PrintPack, he remarks, “PrintPack 2025 maintained its position as an important industry platform, though there’s room for enhancing the visitor experience. Our key observation was regarding the layout of digital printing solutions – having digital MFP brands scattered across different halls made it less convenient for visitors interested in comparing solutions. We believe consolidating all digital MFP vendors in a single dedicated hall would provide better value for visitors by allowing easier comparison of solutions and improve overall foot traffic for exhibitors in this segment.”
“While the overall organization of the event was professional, this consolidation of similar technologies would significantly enhance the exhibition experience for both visitors and exhibitors in future editions,” he recommends.
