MG Digital Press, Anna Creation and Print Tech’s digital division forays into digital with RICOH Pro C7500.
Jaipur-based MG Digital Press is a newly unveiled digital printing division of Anna Creation and Print Tech Inc. The new start-up has been equipped with a brand new RICOH Pro C7500 11-colour digital production press, supplied and installed by Monotech Systems.
Anna Creation got incepted in the year 2006 as an offset printing company in Jaipur. Print Tech Inc got establishment in 2010 and has been since serving as a service bureau providing pre-press processing for a host of printing companies in and around the Pink City. “Anna Creation is handled by my partner Mr Gautam Chaturvedi while I take care of Print Tech Inc,” says Mr Manoj Kumar Jangid, Proprietor of Print Tech Inc.
Mr Kumar adds, “In addition to Anna Creation and Print Tech Inc where we exploit offset printing and pre-press processing to the fullest, we finally decided to foray into digital printing where new prospects and opportunities emerge. In order to make ourselves well equipped and capable in the new territory, we chose the RICOH Pro C7500, an upgraded model introduced recently in India by Monotech Systems.”
Monotech Systems launched the RICOH C7500 in India in 2023 as an upgraded version of the widely popular predecessor RICOH Pro C7200. This new RICOH model features enhanced performance, upgraded media handling and built-in automation. Mr Kumar says this newly introduced digital colour production press with advanced features is a right choice for them to produce unique applications blended with additional textures and colours.
He continues, “We come to know that digital presses nowadays allow for high-degree bespoke printing, making it possible to produce high-end personalised on-demand products. This is where the RICOH Pro C7500 fits into. Among the advanced features of this digital production press is its Fifth Color Station delivering white toner printing for adding extra effects on graphics.”
All that Fifth Color Station can deliver are some special colours like neon yellow and neon pink as well as clear, gold, silver and invisible red which MG Digital Press is set to add innovatively on graphic prints they ever offer to their clients in Pink City and around. “RICOH Pro C7500 is unquestionably a right machine with latest features for us to produce unique graphics and applications,” emphasises Mr Kumar.
Backed by a team of 10 highly-skilled printing and production staff, MG Digital Press is looking ahead to paving a boarder pathway leading to high-end digital printing, using the RICOH Pro C7500, a production workhorse capable to gallop at the speed of 85ppm (pages per minute) to deliver prints in the industry’s leading resolution of 2400×4800dpi on a range of light and heavyweight media from 40gsm to 470gsm. Mr Kumar conclusively says MG Digital Press is just at the threshold of digital printing which they expect to be magnified with the RICOH Pro C7500 and unconditional support from Monotech Systems.
