AV Global Technologies displayed live its DIGICUT CNC Cutting System designed to cater to the needs of the packaging industry, printed Advertisement, Composite Material Segments, digital proofing and other materials typically used in the Printing & packaging industry at the recent PrintPack India 2025. The system encompasses durability, flexibility & sustainability and the newly launched machine is a combination of multiple features – cutting, creasing, kiss cutting, milling, V-groove, and marking & perforating variety of materials such as corrugated cardboard, printed cartons, honeycomb cardboard, EVA, duplex, rigid boxes, MDF & Acrylic, foam, leather, rubber blankets, Labels Sun Board materials accurately and efficiently. The machine comes with integrated software. Advantages of the machine include: Dust-free, smoke-free, smooth cutting surface, no burrs.
“We also launched Digital Cardboard Printer for corrugators,” says Atul Tyagi. “The advantages of this machine are plateless printing, saving labour & time and no need of colour matching and water washing. It’s a green environmental machine which comes with servo feeding lead edge feeder. Equipped with Epson printhead, the 2500mm machine uses water based CMYK inks,” adds Atul.
