During Xeikon Café 2019, Cartes label machines exhibits GT and GE series.
At the recent Xeikon Cafe 2019, Cartes Label Machines exhibited its innovative GT series in the configuration GT364WSHR (flexo varnishing and printing – silk screen printing – hot stamping – semi rotary die-cutting). It also exhibited the GE series in the configuration GE362WL (flexo varnishing and printing – dual LASER for die-cutting and converting).
The Cartes GT 360 Series is an innovative series of modular label machines. The combined machines are very appreciated by the label producers as they can fulfill different applications in a single production cycle, creating labels of the highest value.
The technologies applied to the GT Series machines make them considered one of the best options for finishing as well as for fulfilling complete high value labels with the maximum economy.
In addition to the strength, the quality of the materials and the high precision at every speed, the GT Series offers to the label market many new features and many options of configuring with Hot stamping, Silk-screen printing, Embossing, Flexo Printing and varnishing, Flat-bed die-cutting, Semi-rotary die-cutting and Laser die-cutting.

Gemini Series Digital Finishing solutions
The Gemini series represents the new frontier in digital converting: versatility, performance, waste minimization, the possibility to save all parameters for a quick re-call, low power consumption and energy regeneration thanks to IGBT technology.
It can be configured with the following units: Flexo Printing and varnishing, Semi-rotary die-cutting and Laser die-cutting. Overlamination & cold foil applications are also available.
Cartes has developed an innovative solution ILC – Invisible Laser Cutting. It is now possible to die-cut dark printed labels avoiding the typical unsightly “white edge”. With the ILC system there are no limits in processing materials with extremely thin liners (a few micron thickness) including films, die-cutting and stripping “impossible shapes” or even linerless materials like IML labels.
The Laser Converting Unit ensures constant power and cutting quality, reducing management and maintenance costs.
The CE160 series constitutes a Multifunctional, versatile, efficient and compact machines. CE 160 series can combine units of: Hot stamping, Embossing and Flat bed die-cutting.
