CM300 fully automatic cover making machine:
This is a cover making machine that adopts a new mechanism and new technology. It is equipped with a full servo system and visual image positioning function, which can detect dual sheet grabbing. It also has a double lifting plate folding structure, which can produce double special-shaped products and meet the processing needs of complex-shaped leather shells. In addition, it has once again achieved a breakthrough in size, with the minimum size up to 6*12cm. It has to be said that this product can be widely used in the production of hardcover book covers, Liquor box shells, cigarette box shells, notebooks, folders and other related products.
This equipment uses advanced linear motors and dual feeder paper feeding, which can realize dual-station automatic corner sticking, dual-station paper box suction box, dual-station molding and other production processes. It can produce two different sizes of boxes at the same time, with a speed of upto 56 boxes/minute, which significantly improves the company’s production efficiency and production flexibility. In addition, this equipment is also equipped with YAMAHA manipulator and multi-visual image positioning, which can bring customers more efficient and accurate smart line solutions.
RB185B carton forming machine: This equipment codenamed “Big Devil” – RB185 fully automatic carton forming machine, is currently a relatively high-end top-to-bottom lid packaging box machine in the industry. It has image positioning and oversized specifications, which is more accurate and efficient (the tissue paper and the bottom of the box are photographed simultaneously). The outer height is 185mm, the inner fold is up to 100mm, and the encircling finished product is put in and out, protecting the finished product without leaving any scratches.
