The Sonipat based commercial and packaging printing solutions provider has upgraded its packaging unit with a new KOMORI Enthrone 29 Offset Press.
Devendra Photostat & Lamination is a one-stop solution provider of commercial and packaging printing solutions. The Sonipat based printing company has production facility with different divisions housing different printing technologies. The Offset Printing division that undertakes Packaging printing has recently been upgraded with the installation of a brand new Enthrone 29 offset printing press by KOMORI India.
“There’s a very specific reason for us to invest in the brand new 4-colour KOMORI Enthrone 29 offset press. The reason is that we had been struggling to manage quality in packaging printing with some other offset presses of different brands earlier. However, we couldn’t get what we expected or what our customers desired. So, we had started to hunt for a right offset press that could meet our needful packaging print outputs. Our hunt halted at KOMORI India where we found the KOMORI Enthrone 29,” says Mr Devendra Singh, CEO of Devendra Photostat & Lamination.
He adds, “In fact, our offset printing division had been equipped with two pre-owned offset presses which failed to maintain the needful quality and consistency in packaging printing. That’s why we invested in the brand new KOMORI Enthrone 29, which has – at the end of the day, resolved all our issues and problems related to maintaining and enhancing overall quality and consistency in printing and production of packaging print graphics.”
When it comes to its diverse printing and production divisions, Devendra Photostat & Lamination has a digital printing division equipped with a line of high-end RICOH, Canon, and Konica Minolta digital colour production presses. In addition, the company engages in digital large-format printing too—for which a separate division has been set up with the installations of Roland and some other key machines. Likewise, the company boasts of its packaging printing division, because it has now upgraded to a new level with the brand new KOMORI Enthrone 29.
Since its establishment in the year 1996 as a mere reprographic shop engaging in photocopy, lamination and such tasks, Devendra Photostat & Lamination has gone into paradigm shifts of expansions in terms of machine portfolios, manpower and others. “Our overall business started to take big turns right from the year 2011 onward as we have been aggressively investing in new machines and equipment since then,” mentions Mr Devendra. Some usual end-products of Devendra Photostat & Lamination are catalogues, booklets, leaflets, flyers, brochures, pamphlets, calendars, mailers, business cards, etc offering at economical rates.
Assisting Mr Devendra responsibly, his son Mr Rithik Khokhar is now at the helm of Devendra Photostat & Lamination. “Mainly, I look after the printing and production activities of our offset division where we have upgraded the machine portfolio with the new KOMORI Enthrone 29,” mentions Mr Rithik Khokhar, Managing Director of Devendra Photostat & Lamination. He adds, “Following the installation of the new KOMORI offset press, we are empowered to buff up quality in various aspects, particularly in mono carton printing and production.”
