Delhi Printers’ Association celebrated India’s 77th Independence Day by hoisting the National flag at its office on 15th August 2023. The occasion was marked by colourful decoration with balloons, flags and flowers. The association’s Executive body members, former Presidents and guests had assembled to be the part of the celebration. The President Mr. Prakash Dass and Hon. General Secretary Mr. Puneet Talwar hoisted the flag. All present joined to sing the National Anthem. The Independence Day venue of DPA echoed with slogans of “Vande Mataram” and “Bharat Mata Ki Jai”.
On behalf of Former Presidents, Mr. Arun Berry addressed the participants. For the upliftment of the printing industry he exhorted everybody to endeavour to achieve boundless success in every field. Mr. Berry emphasized the vital role the Ministry of MSME plays in the national development. He urged the industry to make the best use of the economical benefits provided by the Ministry through its various schemes.
Mr. Mukesh Kaushik appreciated the President Mr. Prakash Dass for successfully organising the event and also the office staff for their hard work. .
Mr. Prakash Dass remembered the sacrifices made by thousands of freedom fighters for India’s freedom. He thanked all participants for attending the function. As the event came to a close, all attending joined for a delicious lunch.
