Emerging Graphics introduced a small format single pass inkjet printer, Focus Cobra at PrintPack India 2025. Revealing details, Tushar S. Pande, Director, explains, “This machine prints 17” Print Width using water based inks & is suitable to print on Paper Bags, Paper Cups, Cartons, Corrugated Boxes, Disposable plates, Tissue Papers, etc.” In addition, the machine prints CMYK colours & uses HP printheads. Enabled by Auto Feeding, it can achieve speeds up to 40 meters/ Min.
Besides the Focus Single Pass Inkjet Press, Emerging Graphics displayed IECHO BK4-1312 Digital Cutting System in action. “Apart from these, we also offered live demonstrations of our CAD Software from EngView Systems, Sofia, Bulgaria & Graphics Software, PaSharp,” says Tushar.
The IECHO BK4-1312 Digital Cutting System secured an order booking. The machine will go to Surat based M/s Rangam Creations. The PrintPack experience for Emerging Graphics was overwhelming. “We are extremely satisfied with the PrintPack outcome. Our expectations were to connect to prospective clients which we could do pretty well at the show. Emerging Graphics has been a regular at PrintPack shows since its 2015 edition. This expo too was equally crowded, generating serious enquiries for our products. Overall experience of being at PrintPack has been great as usual,” asserts Tushar.
Tushar expects to install close to 50 machines this year and says that the PrintPack enquiries are expected to be major contributor in achieving their goals. He expects the packaging markets to grow further this year.
The Emerging Graphics team built a nice sustainable stall for PrintPack. The stall got constructed using 100% paper board; it was a combination of Honeycomb & corrugated boards. Tushar sees Digital Print for short runs to be a growing segment.
He is a bit disappointed about the infrastructure at Hanger, Hall 16, where they had their stand. “The infra was not up to the mark. I think, even the guidelines for the visitors to note that there are two additional halls was no sufficient,” hints Tushar.
Speaking on the ‘make in India’ concept at PrintPack, he comments, “A lot of converting machines are now being manufactured in India & they are able to meet Global standards of quality expectations.”
Emerging Graphics offers Packaging Pre-Press Software (EngView CAD Software & PaSharp Graphic Suite), Inkjet Printing for Corrugation from Shenzhen KingT Technologies, Digital Cutting system from IECHO Science & Technology Co. Ltd. & Single Pass Printer from Shanghai Focus International. Apart from this, it also offers CI Flexo Presses from Expert S.r.l. Italy.
