FESPA Digital Printing 2025 attracted 21,182 unique visitors and the event experienced a growth of over 33% in business generation. The Brasil edition took place from 17 – 20 March in São Paulo, and attracted great industry response reflecting the strength of digital technology in the printing industry.
Exhibitors stated that they achieved R$257 million in business during the event, a figure that will certainly grow exponentially in the coming months due to the contacts made during the four days of the event. There was a 23% growth in the exhibition area of FESPA Digital Printing 2025 compared to its previous edition, and it occupied 2 pavilions at Expo Center Norte for the first time.
Acknowledged as the main digital printing and signage trade show in Brazil, FESPA Digital Printing maintains its distinctiveness of being an event 100% focused on industry leaders. During the show, these professionals make strategic decisions that position their companies ahead of the competition. Exhibitors reported valuable conversations and several final investment decisions were made directly at the stands, demonstrating the high quality and strong engagement of the visitors with the event.
Alexandre Keese, Commercial Director of APS Eventos Corporativos, commented: “FESPA Digital Printing was spectacular. With each edition, we reaffirm our commitment to the industry in providing maximum excellence and the most relevant space for digital printing and signage, whether in technology presentations or the sharing of knowledge. The result is business generation that exceeds all exhibitors’ expectations and months to come, reaping the rewards generated at the show. We have established ourselves as an essential trade show for the printing industry, which surprises and adds new solutions to the market with each edition.”
Neil Felton, FESPA CEO, reveals how the Brazilian edition stands out: “FESPA in Brazil always has positive surprises in store. The trade show is visually incredible, vibrant, has areas focused on showcasing new trends and is full of entrepreneurs. It is a joy to be in the country again. The packed halls and the engagement of visitors prove that we continue to inspire and drive the market.”
Daniel Sunderland, FESPA Elect-President, was in Brazil and said: “The synergy between our shows around the world allows us to share best practices and continually raise the industry standard. The consistent growth of FESPA Digital Printing in Brazil is an example to be celebrated. I am pleased to see our shows being recognised and achieving increased attendance and space with each edition.”
At FESPA Digital Printing 2025, visitors were able to see the best in digital printing technology and opportunities for professional growth through the knowledge areas shared throughout the event.
The Sublimation Island was a success and demonstrated how to undertake or expand your portfolio in the area of personalised products. Daily lectures were always full. Led by Felipe Soares, from Print Center, the initiative was sponsored by LiVESUB and HT Máquinas. There were more than 20 lectures covering topics that are trending, such as Artificial Intelligence for image production and business management, as well as best practices and innovative business models.
The T-Shirt Factory, sponsored by Brother, Busca Têxtil, Cosma and Wiprime, repeated the success of its debut and offered new content to the public. With presentations by textile specialist Henri Kanj and entrepreneurs who lead some of the largest companies in the sector, the space provided a true immersion in the universe of textile customization.
During their participation, the guests shared practical experiences and offered valuable insights, allowing visitors to understand in detail each stage of the production of T-shirts and other personalised products — with an emphasis on processes that use fabrics as a base and DTF and DTG technologies as protagonists. The solutions presented application efficiency for private labels, clothing manufacturers, printing companies and companies specializing in personalized products.
The Printing and Signage Congress featured four days of intense content, bringing together renowned experts who promoted reflections on essential topics of the business routine — such as success stories, technology, market opportunities, innovation, management, leadership and sustainability.
Throughout the halls of FESPA Digital Printing 2025, the FESPA Experts team attended the show, giving lectures and talking to attendees to answer questions, discuss projects and highlight new opportunities.
Several recordings were made at Print Live, a space specifically structured to receive special guests — with podcasts recorded during the fair for later distribution. The fair also had an impressive entrance, exploring the resources of visual communication to the fullest, in addition to a series of Instagrammable spaces, created so that everyone could record and share their visit.
APS Eventos and FESPA are deeply concerned with social and environmental issues. Once again, FESPA Digital Printing had the valuable presence of the AME Project (Very Special Attendants) collaborating in several areas of the fair. One day of the Printing and Signage Congress was 100% focused on discussing sustainability. The focus in the production of parts was on ease of recycling and the material used at the fair was taken to a recycling cooperative.
