KOMORI India will showcase the capabilities of Komori printing presses and technology, highlighting innovations and the ability to handle fast conversions of multicolour and technically complex jobs.
Komori India has a robust line-up of printing presses to answer printing industry’s production and quality needs. Lead by the new Lithrone G series and Enthrone models, the line-up consists of many state-of-the-art machines including the latest innovations Komori unveiled at drupa 2024. “Some select Lithrone G and Enthrone machines which we showcased during the show were incorporated with new or enhanced designs and control functions to help customers adapt new business capacities and industrial challenges,” underlines Jitender Rohilla, GM, Komori India.
“Among the machines on display at drupa 2024 were Lithrone GX40 Advance EX Edition, Lithrone G 837P, Enthrone G29, and J-throne 29. Lithrone GX40 Advance EX Edition boasts unique quick turnaround features for packaging converters. Lithrone G 837P with Autopilot features is ideal for commercial and book printers. Launched at drupa 2024, Enthrone G29 with the ‘Green’ design enhancements is a new & upgraded version of Enthrone 29 and it marks a new shift in terms of reduced power consumption, paper waste, and make-ready time,” continues Jitender.
Another big launch at drupa 2024, J-throne 29 is a next-generation inkjet digital printing system for short-run print applications. Speaking of their world class service, he informs, “For services, we have a team of 60 engineers who provide our customers rigorous trainings and unprecedented after-sales service. For that we always keep the team up-to-date with the latest technical knowledge of our expanding product portfolio so that they can help our customers utilise the utmost capacities of KOMORI machines we offer,” emphasises Jitender.
2024 was full of new developments and achievements for Komori. “All turned up well as per our expectations,” remarks Jitender. “After all, at drupa 2024 Komori India sealed the deals of 35 machines. Even at domestic level, we participated in some of the key events in India where we received great response,” he corroborates as he expresses high expectations for his expansion plans in 2025, “We have high expectations for expanding our installation base in India in 2025. The positive market response continues to fuel our confidence, as printers and converters from various segments increasingly choose Komori machines.”
“The industry is now demanding multicolour (more than six colour) machines equipped with advanced curing and enhancement solutions, as well as larger format sizes. We are fully committed to meeting these demands and will leave no stone unturned to maintain the momentum of our machine installations,” he confirms.
