Gallus will be launching two new products at Labelexpo Europe 2019 – a new rotary die-cutting unit and Digital Printbar.
The new fully rotary front-loading Rotary Die-Cut Unit Quick by Gallus will be seen in action at the Labelexpo Europe show, with live demonstrations of the Gallus Labelmaster Advanced equipped with the new unit.
The handling is very easy, with the operator using a trolley which is specially designed for a quick change of die-cutting formats. The design of the new rotary die cutting unit is optimized for thin liners and offers Gallus’ lowest ever deflection under load and biggest anvil diameter.
Also launching at the show is the new Digital Printbar, an inkjet printing unit designed specifically for digital insetting of highly opaque, digital white. With a printing width of 430mm (17”), the new, shiftable Digital Printbar benefits from inkjet-based digital print technology and is designed specifically for opaque white.
Depending on the job requirements, this new digital embellishing unit can be a highly cost-efficient alternative to conventional embellishing methods. The new Digital Printbar will be showcased on the Gallus Labelmaster but can easily be integrated into other systems such as the Gallus Labelfire or Gallus RCS 430.
Exhibiting with Heidelberg on stands B28 and C31, visitors can also see the company’s most popular narrow web presses including two Gallus Labelmaster, a Gallus Labelfire and a Gallus Smartfire.
