Munirka based GS Graphics has installed a digital workhorse from Konica Minolta India. Guddu Kumar had been providing printing solutions as freelancer in and around Delhi. He had been looking for starting his own press to have a self-standing business with independent work schedule. When he bring printing in-house with Konica Minolta AccurioPress C7090 about one and a half year ago, he immediately found that now he could serve his customers better by giving them products meeting own standards and at a cost which was not possible before.

It caters to various segments that spread across cards, calendars, letterheads, photo albums, sign & posters, labels & stickers, stationery items, personalized gifts and marketing materials etc. Guddu himself is a proficient designer and leads a team at GS Graphics to provide design services to his clients. The printing setup led by AccurioPress C7090 is a fully equipped set-up with printing and finishing equipment. They do printing, converting, finishing and fabrication with machines for creasing, folding, stapling, stitching and perfect binding. For some specific demands from their customers, they also outsource.
Before finalizing the C7090, Guddu saw many Konica Minolta machines working successfully at fellow printers’ facilities and found the feedback they gave as very encouraging. He checked the C7090 and was an immediate choice as it fit their business requirements as well as investment plans perfectly. The digital jobs which used to be outsourced earlier are all being carried out in-house. Now with Konica Minolta C7090 installed and working the aim for Guddu is to increase business. He may add another machine if business keeps the pace according to his plan. Presently the C7090 is churning out an average of 30,000-40,000 impressions per day. He is happy with the performance and quality. As for recommending the C7090 to fellow printers, he advices fellow printers to go for a big machine only after having a fair amount of work experience and knowledge about the market and prevalent demand.
