– Printing Knowledge Conference, Kanchipuram: 31st July 2016

Tamil Nadu Master Printers Federation organized “Print Con 2016”, a seminar on latest trends and technology in the printing industry. The seminar was held at Kanchipuram and was attended by nearly 500 small and medium Printers apart from Print buyers and various association members.

The president of TNMFP, Mr. C.D .Kumaravel, welcomed the gathering and highlighted the importance of this exhibition.

In his speech, Mr. Venkataraman Ganesan, Deputy Sales Manager, Heidelberg India, emphasized the importance of adding value to print products to sustain growth in a competitive environment. He also made a poignant presentation on Heidelberg’s complete product portfolio with special focus on digital and medium format presses. He also highlighted the latest innovation on the Ink jet technology showcased at the recent world print exhibition Centre at drupa, Dusseldorf, Germany.

Mr. Ganesh Kumar, Senior Sales Manager, Heidelberg, in his address, described in detail and highlighted the importance of Anicolor technology in their sheet fed presses reducing make ready and wastage phenomenally to earn more profit. He also underlined the need for value addition and adoption of latest technologies, so printers can survive and keep pace with the rapidly-changing industry.
