SpTech’s Indian representative Global Printech Graphics installed country’s first BoxMate Automatic Blank Separator at Hyderabad based-Kolli Graphics. BoxMate, manufactured by Korea-based SpTech, is a real time saver in stripping applications and is a highly efficient offline stripping and blanks separating solution for various packaging industry products. Additionally, the machine features auto feeder with pallet loading, user-friendly design, touch-screen controller and short make ready times.
Taking less than 15 minutes for job changeovers, the machine can separate blanks of sheet size ranging from 500x450mm to 1100x800mm.
With the recent addition of BoxMate along with a few other new additions like UV printing press, foil stamping and folder and gluer, Kolli has not only upgraded its manual stripping to automated but also plans to double its production. They have managed to save upwards of 5 hours per day with their new machine and eye premium packaging segments with the enhanced capabilities.
