BJP Party President J.P. Nadda and CM Yogi Adityanath visit Holy book publisher Gita Press and praise the quality of books printed on Komori GL37.
BJP Party President Mr. J.P. Nadda along with UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath gave an official visit to newly installed Komori GL 437 at the world-famous holy book publisher Gita Press, Gorakhpur and praised the print quality of books printed on Komori GL37.
“Got an opportunity to come to Gita Press, Gorakhpur, a spiritual institution that saves Sanatan literature and makes it accessible to all easily. This institute has made a special contribution in bringing religious books, texts and magazines published in Hindi, Sanskrit and other Indian languages to the country and the world,” says Mr. J.P. Nadda.

Komori GL 37, 4 colour press runs at the maximum speed of 15,000 sph with sheet thickness of 0.04-0.6mm. This Press is capable of printing sheets up to 37 inches in width, this press has the power to address the full span of requirements in the publishing and commercial printing segments. This machine is ideal for producing high page-count products with high print quality.
This is the second Komori at the holy books publishing house. The first machine was Komori Enthrone 429.
Komori Corporation and Gita Press both are approaching there centennial year in 2023. 100-year celebration will begin from next year at Gita Press with special issue of Kalyan Magazine. Kalyan is a monthly spiritual magazine in Hindi published by Gita Press Gorakhpur since 1926.

“We may plan to launch a special issue of several collection of articles from Kalyan magazine published over the years for the centennial year, yet to be approved by the board of trustees. There is surge in the demand of holy books post pandemic and there is no inventory left. So, owing to the demand we decided to invest in the Japanese technology which will print 15000 pages in an hour. This will boost our production and meet the surging demand of our books. We are honored by the august presence of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and Mr. J.P. Nadda who inspected the development at Gita press and praised the Komori technology and decision taken by the Trust,” say Mr. Lal Mani Tiwari and Mr. Ashutosh Upadhyay.
