At the PAMEX 2020 show the company receives good response for the award winning Varnishing and Foiling solution – MGI JETvarnish 3DS.
PAMEX is one of the biggest industry events for print and allied machinery sectors. It brings together leading national and international print and printing businesses, OEMs, and solution providers and is always an exciting event to attend. PAMEX 2020 also saw a host of next-generation technologies, products, and other offerings being showcased.
The event was a great success for Konica Minolta India. It conducted live demonstrations of several state-of-the-art production printing presses from the AccurioPress series, including AccurioPress C6100/6085, AccurioPress C3070/3070p/3080, and AccurioPress 6120/6136. “We also highlighted how print businesses can reduce print waste while delivering industry-leading productivity and superlative print quality with the IQ-501 Intelligent Quality Optimiser, an optional add-on that takes colour consistency and registration accuracy to the next level,” says Mr. Manish Gupta, National Marketing Manager – Production Printing & Industrial Printing, Konica Minolta India.
On the industrial printing front, Konica Minolta received a good response for the MGI JETvarnish 3DS, an award-winning Varnish and Foiling solution. “We are looking to translate this interest into tangible business for the Konica Minolta brand and its customers in India,” highlights Manish.
Even though 2019 was a slow year for many brands in this space, Konica Minolta India continued to sustain its market leadership position QoQ. With the upcoming Union Budget Manish expects the announcement of impactful policies to address the recent economic slowdown. “We are eagerly looking forward to 2020 with a positive outlook. We will leverage our technological capabilities, channel ecosystem, and market know-how to further consolidate Konica Minolta’s position as a pioneering and market-leading player in the Indian print and printing space,” he adds.
The AccurioPress series as well as MGI JETvarnish 3DS received fantastic response from the customers at PAMEX 2020. “Now our focus would be to convert those interested leads to a long-term profitable business relationship,” discloses Manish.
He thinks the best thing to happen for them at PAMEX 2020 was the response to their MGI JETvarnish. “It has been the biggest highlight of our participation at PAMEX – the machine was the showstopper for us at the event and produced beautiful embellishments with its spot UV and digital foiling capabilities. Attendees were also excited to experience the MGI Sample Gallery, which was thoughtfully curated with varied business requirements in mind. 
Through this, we successfully demonstrated the differentiation that MGI technology can deliver for new-age print and printing businesses that are looking to expand their portfolios and capitalise on emerging market demand for new-age, short-run print jobs,” explains Manish.
