Showcase of a customer centric approach
What intrigued us most at the Konica Minolta stand was the display of the company’s customers’ capabilities. This was unlike what we are used to of witnessing at trade shows generally – like machines, samples, brochures and literature, electronic and live shows etc.

Vijay Kamat, national product manager, industrial print, Konica Minolta calls it ‘holding the hand’ while assisting businesses take off the latest acquired technologies. “Our purpose is not,” he explains, “just to sell a box to our customers. But, we rather support them in their business endeavours with presence at exhibitions for achieving better return on investments at a much faster pace. A little ‘hand holding’ goes a long way in not only winning customers’ trust but also optimizing business for them and spell success for us too.”
“We are displaying prints and enhancements enabled by KM machines installed at our customers – Printology Xperts of Okhla, New Delhi (MGI) and Hora Arts of Noida, UP (AccurioLabel 190) – at this show. This demonstrates the prowess of KMI technology and also provides a vast platform for end customers to see exact results that our customers can produce. This helps our customers a lot. This makes the effort doubly productive – for our esteemed customers as well as their customers. MGI, with all its virtues, is an incredible weapon assisting a creative hand!” emphasises Shayak Mukherjee, Business Consultant – R2R Sales Division at Konica Minolta.

Ravinder Kumar of Printology Xperts, who own an MGI says, “The machine has limitless capabilities and just needs design and creativity to get the best out of it.”
Konica Minolta AccurioLabel 190 is a roll-to-roll label printer which is not only easy in operations (existing operator with minimum additional training can effectively operate it as well) but also comes at a very attractive price as compared to similar products available in the market.
