Chennai-based KORA PACK books Lithrone GL-640+C UV IR at drupa 2024 after a successful stint with RI Lithrone GL740.
Of the noteworthy Indian companies which have booked KOMORI press during drupa 2024 is Chennai-based KORA PACK Private Limited. KOMORI India has marked several milestones and achievements at drupa 2024, which include the constant sales of its range of ever popular Lithrone and Enthrone presses that have been booked by a number of companies comprising a handful from India.
Headquartered in Chennai with its production plant in Andhra Pradesh, KORA PACK was established in 1986 as a screen printer catering to small jobs. Games at the company had abruptly changed right after the installation of a KOMORI Lithrone GL740, a seven-colour press with UV coater, around a year ago. “We were fully satisfied with the press as we eventually could do make-ready within 10–15 minutes. Our waste reduced to 100–120 sheets against the earlier wastage of 400–500 sheets,” mentions Mr Prasad Kora, Managing Director of KORA PACK.
Mr Kora adds, “After our increasing trust in brand KOMORI, we thus decided to bring home our second (KOMORI) press, which happened to be a Lithrone GL-640+C UV IR that we have booked at drupa 2024. Now, we are excited to announce the expansion of our KOMORI portfolio with the purchase of the new KOMORI Lithrone press.”
Mr Jitender Rohilla, General Manager-Sales, KOMORI India, signifies the fact that the new six-colour press which KORA PACK has placed its order during drupa 2024 is ideally an advanced model designed to enhance efficiency and productivity in packaging printing. It can print 16,500-sph (sheets per hour) in maximum size of 750x1050mm.
