Lombardi Converting Machinery at Labelexpo Europe 2015 showcased its high level technology with two different applications for the narrow web flexographic printing press Synchroline.
It displayed Syncroline with the A.B.S. system (pneumatic blade for a perfect distribution of the ink). One of the displayed machines printed labels on adhesive paper, die cutting, and rewinding waste with a very new system, the Easy Waste System, which guarantees a perfect tension even when labels have irregular shapes and which allows higher speed in production. The machine featured the new Grafikontrol one hundred percent quality inspection in line and a longitudinal and cross register.
Synchroline is capable of printing from 12 micron plastic to paper, to board.
During Labelexpo Europe 2015, Lombardi Converting Machinery of Italy, represented in India by Vinsak, grabbed orders for supply of seven presses. The ordered presses will be installed in India and the EMEA region. The global installation base of Lombardi machines is around 135 presses.
