The newest addition to their flexographic product line is “Jemflex” flexo plates from the Japanese manufacturer, Nihon Denshi Seikhi. According to Rohit Sachdev, Chairman – Lucky Graphics, “The plate is flexible, highly resilient, dimensionally stable and uniform in thickness. It is available in various polymer types for broad range of applications in solvent-wash plates. The product composes of photopolymer layer and polyester foil support and is available in various polymer types for broad range of applications which includes, but not limited to, Flexible film packaging, Paper Bags, Labels, Beverage Cartons, Folding Cartons, Corrugated Boxes, Offset Printing, etc.. The plate helps the printer to hold the fine images without masking, sharp reverse image and low durometer assures excellent print quality and the dimensionally stable polyester support helps accurate register along with excellent ink coverage.”
