At Printpack India 2022, Bodhi Professionals showcased its cutting-edge print technology that can make printing processes flawless. The solutions aimed at streamlining printing processes, getting detailed analytics, and optimizing resources to minimize wastage, maximize revenue and grow business. All this was in action at the company’s Printpack India stall in Hall 5.

“It was good to reconnect after a long time and the exhibition gave us all the positive change that was missing for a long time,” says an exuberant Satish Nayak, CTO, Bodhi Professional Solutions during the Printpack India exhibition.

Why repair, when you can prepare?

With the theme, ‘stop having to deal with your print wastage problems’ the Rutherford Intellipress 2 with XRite was the key highlight by Bodhi Professionals at the recent Printpack India 2022.

At their stand, they had Rutherford Intellipress2 with XRite which has been very successful close solution in India in the recent few months.

With Rutherford, waste of paper and time is reduced considerably. RGP sets up an individual curve for each key according to the model of press, the paper and speed of the sweep (doctor), UV or non UV ink. It not only reaches the targets faster but also keeps the right quality. This makes it a fast and easy make-ready and closed-loop solution imparting higher profitability with consistent as well as accurate quality. Featuring small patch for least amount of paper wastage, it also has Pantone live support. To sum up, RGP application keeps the efficiency, reprint after reprint, job after job. The Blue Box not only supports most presses and models, but also imparts a very simple, safe connectivity to the press console. Allowing all system functions to be performed at the system touchscreen, it eliminates button pushes at the press console for system operation. Rutherford is being used by top brands including Unilever, Apple, Quad Graphics, Huhtamaki, Printwell, RR Dennelley, Pentaplus Printers, Pack System, Trend Offset Printing and Ajanta Offset etc.

Another highlight at Bodhi stall was the Braille Inspektor. “The Braille Inspektor adds on to our Inspektor solution. This can also be a standalone product,” introduces Satish Nayak.

The Braille inspector offers a complete set of Braille inspection tools to check and verify Braille – from original artwork o checking the elevation, diameter & spacing of embossing dots within Braille cells on a variety of substrates. It can verify each stage of the process allowing mistakes and discrepancies to be identified and rectified anytime, reducing costs by avoiding production re-runs.

InspecTor is a family of workflow inspection solutions for the design, print and publishing industry which servies a wide range of maket sectors. The InspecTor products work as client server or standalone depending upon requirements.

“This was the first launch of a new product – which is hardware and software combination,” says Satish.
