VINSAK has secured an order for a Lombardi press from Manipal International Printing Press for its Nigerian plant. The Lombardi Synchroline Flexo Press is a second press for Manipal in Africa. The latest order is for a 430mm wide 10-colour Synchroline along with Vinsak USAR slitter inspection rewinder. The earlier Lombardi, a Vinsak USAR 530 and a Thermal Inkjet System is already producing a wide variety of products in its another plant which is located in Kenya. The machine has helped Manipal explore more of the packaging market there. The new machine will help them expand the market in Nigeria.
SYNCHROLINE is equipped with printing groups governed singularly by brushless motors and the setting and mainteinance of the printing register of the whole press is governed by the electric board with a system of register control. This corrects the deviation from the register due to the extensions of the material in real time. It is especially suited to printing that looks for maximum versatility and the possibility of working on a wide gamma of materials.
USAR from VINSAK is the advanced slitter rewinder with Die-cut and camera inspection system. The die-cutting machine can also be upgraded to add inkjet system for Bar-code, QR Code and Variable data personalization.
