The company will be showcasing with live demo its Vision inspection solution, FIFE SmartDrive Actuator and FIFE 500 Max guiding solutions and RotoMetrics AccuAdjust Dual Adjustable Anvil. Also on display will be the Tidland knifeholder slitting solution and RotoMetrics Flexible die & solid die & Magnetic cylinder & print cylinder & Anvil.
The FIFE-500 MAX Web Guiding System will be the featured product by Maxcess. It is up to 10X better guiding accuracy than the competition, claims the company. With an intuitive 5” colour touchscreen, it features multiple languages for quick setup and operation and requires minimal training. It comes with optional splice table and fine adjustment mounting bracket and is now available for web widths up to 1200 mm and tensions up to 800N.
Another featured product is VisionMax 100% Inspection System. Key points of this product are: Copy Verification – PDF image verification to find copy defects and store a template for each job; and Operator Assist – Live video display with picture-in-picture that can be projected on a 55” screen for easy viewing.
