Focusing on future technologies, innovation and step towards green printing, Monotech Systems displayed its strength in UV printing under its brand Pixeljet at Media Expo 2020, Mumbai (February 20 – 22). The company’s Pixeljet range of UV inkjet printers provides unrivaled quality and versatility, opening up unlimited business opportunities. The UV range on display includes Pixeljet POWERPRO, 3.2M UV LED Roll to Roll Printer, Pixeljet miniRTR 6ft. UV LED Roll to Roll Printer, Pixeljet UVmini Entry-level UV Flatbed Printer, and Pixeljet 2512RMO UV Hybrid Flatbed Printer.
The main highlight at Monotech booth was the Pixeljet POWERPRO 3.2 M UV LED Roll to Roll Printer with RICOH GEN6 printhead which was launched by the company in Media Expo 2019, New Delhi. Pixeljet POWERPRO is a dedicated roll-to-roll UV LED-curable printer, which comes in a six-colour and a four-colour plus white version, handles a broad scope of flexible media for indoor and outdoor applications. It is equipped with a new generation RICOH GEN-6 printhead that takes printing to the next level. The POWERPRO is equipped with UV LED lamps that enable the user to print on a wide media mix and to save energy, costs and time. The four-colour plus white version stands out by its ability to print white in different modes, improving the opacity of the printed material as well as increasing colour contrast and readability.
The Pixeljet 3218 RMO is a high-speed UV Hybrid printer with an LED UV curable inkjet system that offers the capability of printing a large size on a rigid as well as soft media. It is idle for short to high level production of multiple jobs with variety of sized media. It also offers media edge-to-edge printing that eliminates the need of extra finishing step, saving time and money. Thanks to the multilayer printing feature, the Pixeljet UV hybrid printer prints several colours and white ink layers in on run. This is a workhorse which can deliver printing speed of up to 450sqft/hr. This printer delivers exceptional print quality on a wide variety of indoor and outdoor media such as corrugated boards, plastics, acrylic, and glass. Foam boards, exhibition panel, wood, aluminum, MDF, PS and wide range of flexible media. White ink and six colors with RICOH industrial-grade printhead allow it to deliver prints that offer the printer to have a competitive edge. The high density colour printing function makes print even brighter, intense and vivid.
Pixeljet miniRTR is a 6ft. UV LED Roll to Roll printer equipped with Xaar printhead that comes in a six-colour and a four-colour plus white and plus varnish version. It handles a broad scope of flexible media for indoor and outdoor applications. The miniRTR is equipped with UV LED lamps that enable the user to print on a wide media mix and to save energy, costs and time. One key feature of the printer is its four-colour plus white varnish version that enables to print white colour in different modes, improving the opacity of the printed material as well as increasing colour contrast and readability. The Pixeljet miniRTR has been designed for the printers who are willing to move from Eco-Solvent printing and go for UV printing with a limited budget. With miniRTR printers can have the leverage of offering digital embellishment with embossing effect and more too.
Pixeljet UVmini is an entry-level UV flatbed printer equipped with RICOH printhead and it is capable to accept a media thickness of 70 mm and configured as CMYK + WV. This offers the flexibility of generating numerous applications for photo albums, stationery, gifts, novelty items indoor and outdoor applications.
