Monotech Systems has launched latest innovation in Pixeljet range i.e. POWERPRO 3.2 meter soft signage UV LED Roll-to Roll inkjet printer at Media Expo, New Delhi.
The Pixeljet POWERPRO is dedicated roll-to-roll UV LED-curable printer, which comes in a six colour and a four colour plus white version, handles a broad scope of flexible media for indoor and outdoor applications. The POWERPRO is equipped with UV LED lamps that enable the user to print on a wide media mix and to save energy, costs and time. The four colour plus white version stands out by its ability to print white in different modes, improving the opacity of the printed material as well as increasing colour contrast and readability.
The POWERPRO can also handle dual-roll printing. This option enables to double the productivity when printing on smaller media—whether it is paper, vinyl or polyester.
The POWERPRO is ideal for mid-to-high end roll media printing of all types. It features extremely low ink consumption, for faster printing, fewer passes and rich results. This rugged printer can print at a speed of 700 sqft/h and is feature rich e.g. reinforced beam for accurate dot placement, table mounted automated media positioning bar the registration of rigids, Shuttle safety sensors to prevent print heads from touching the substrate, Ionization bar mounted on each side of the carriage to remove electro-static charges on the substrate, user friendly graphic user interface etc.
