Acme Rolltech to launch new engraving technology Acme Super Cell (ASC) during the Print Pack 2025 Exhibition.
Acme Rolltech is India’s pioneer manufacturer of Ceramic Anilox Rolls & Sleeves and we shall be showcasing our ACE (Advanced Channel Engraving Technology) which provides advantages of both worlds, wherein one gets extraordinary halftone printing with exceptional ink density. “Moreover, we will showcase the samples and engraving pattern at the booth” said Sandeep Sharma, Director at Acme Rolltech.
Acme Rolltech manufactures a highly technical product called Ceramic Anilox which has never been manufactured by an Indian company before Acme entered into the business in 2019. “Even today we are the one and only Indian company and in the past almost 6 years we are catering to more than 1200 satisfied customers worldwide, exporting to more than 30 countries and more than 15000 aniloxes are running on different machines around the world,” added Sandeep. Acme is performing all the magic for the industry by three partners who incidentally are childhood friends. “Currently we are catering to Narrow web Labels, Wide web Flexo, Stack Flexo, CI Flexo, Offset, Film Coating applications & Speciality coating applications and we can make anilox upto 4500mm in size,” beams Sandeep.
Talking of PrintPack 2025 he said, “Printpack exhibition is one of the special and biggest exhibition in India which caters to all the segments printing & Packaging and as we cater to many segments of print & packaging field this exhibition is most important for us.” Acme had participated in PrintPack 2022 as well. “This year the theme for us is EMBELLISHMENT since we have launched 5 new anilox for embellishment in the recently concluded label expo 2024 and we are going to showcase the samples for the same during PrintPack as well” he added.

Samples for Our ATAC 2.0 Special anilox for screen type raised effect and AGLIT – Acme Glitter anilox along with our new engraving technology ASC – Acme Super Cell are meant to be their star products for the show. Considering the reputation of the show, Sandeep expects excellent footfall at their stall.
