Speaking of 2024 for Konica Minolta, Manish says that the year has been a significant one year for Konica Minolta, marked by strong market performance and notable achievements. “In the Production Print Business segment, we maintained over 50% market share in India and our successful participation at Drupa 2024 showcased our diverse range of hardware and software products, generating substantial interest from potential customers,” reveals Manish. The year saw Konica Minolta expanding their presence in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities through initiatives like PrintXpress, enabling them to reach new customers and enhance market penetration. Despite global challenges, including supply chain disruptions and rising production costs, Konica Minolta maintained their market leadership through strategic planning and robust relationships with their partners, continues Manish.
Looking forward, the year 2025, says Manish, would be a year of key focus areas for growth and innovation for Konica Minolta. “Our focus would be on several key areas for growth and innovation including plans to introduce some new technologies for the customers during PrintPack 2025. We aim to continue our digital transformation initiatives, particularly in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities, while emphasizing sustainability and automation in printing operations,” reveals Manish. This demonstrates the company’s continued commitment to bringing cutting-edge technology to the Indian market. “Building on our success in 2024, we plan to strengthen our market presence through introduction of innovative products tailored to market demands, enhanced focus on sustainability and digital transformation, continued expansion of our service network, implementation of AI and automation technologies in print operations and last but not the least, further strengthening customer support and training programs,” asserts Manish.
