Faridabad-based 6th Wall is an event management company, which is known for its expertise in designing and fabrication of exhibition stalls and event stages for big corporate companies. Monotech, manufacturer of Pixeljet Series of digital large-format printers has installed Pixeljet Ultron+ UV hybrid printer at Nageen. The installation of this new digital large-format UV hybrid printer has empowered Nageen Print Pack to take its rigid material printing to another level.
Pixeljet TORPEDO at 6th Wall aims stall and stage graphics
Active in the market for the last 14 years, 6th Wall executes turnkey projects revolving around décor designs and graphics of expo stalls and event stages for corporate biggies in big cities and towns across the country. “We provide a complete solution, right from designing, printing, fabrication up to final implementation of fascia and overall graphics of a stall or a stage of a company in an expo or any event,” says Mr. Sudhir Rawat, Director, 6th Wall Production.
Mr. Rawat adds, “Earlier, printing was quite a challenging task for us as we often failed to meet print volume and deadlines. So, in addition to a ColorJet printer in our facility we decided to expand our machine portfolio, which has now included a Pixeljet TORPEDO eco-solvent printer from Monotech Systems. Pixeljet TORPEDO is an ideal machine for high-speed production of premium quality graphics in 1440 dpi resolution at 1291.67 sq ft/hr. It features KM 1024i SHE industrial grade printheads, ensuring sharp print outputs and higher productivity as compared to any other machine in its class. Mr. Rawat emphasizes that this printer also helps them embrace green and sustainable printing, compatibly taking up fabric media and other line of eco-friendly materials.

The third Pixeljet at Dolphin Glow Sign is specifically for wallpaper printing in décor projects

Pixeljet miniRTR is a well-engineered system to print a broad range of interior décor graphics and many other applications. With its Piezo Drop-on-Demand technology, this roll roll-to-roll UV system features three RICOH industrial-grade printheads. This printer is capable to print up to a maximum print size of 1800 mm at the speed of 150 sqft/hr in 2400 dpi resolution, depending on using the number of printheads and colour configuration.

Pixeljet Ultron+ at Nageen Print Pack to boost rigid material printing capabilities
Nageen Print Pack, a division of 40-year-old publishing group Nageen Prakashan, is a fastest-growing printing and packaging service provider. Pixeljet Ultron+ features RICOH industrial-grade printheads (7–35 pL), which enable to deliver sharp prints produced combining white ink and six colours. The high-density colour and high-speed printing function of the machine makes print outputs brighter, vivid, and intense in resolution up to 2400 dpi at the maximum speed of 45 sq m/hr. The printer has a flatbed printing area of 3300x1800mm and 3200mm in roll-to-roll printing. It can take materials up to 100mm thick.
