The certification test to be carried by Future Schoolz, Indian Fogra PSO Partner.
Indian printers are embracing print quality and standardisation greater than ever. This is a much needed impetus to the print producers to have a confident posture in front of the print buyers who always compare with global print quality.
Pragati Offset, Hyderabad is going for Fogra PSO Certification and a contract to this effect has been signed at Drupa in the presence of Fogra Managing Director, Dr. Eduard Neufeld. The certification test will be carried out by Fogra PSO Partner from India, Future Schoolz. The results and test sheets will be evaluated by Fogra’s research and development centre at Munich, Germany and certification will be awarded by Fogra directly. Mr. Kulakkada Pradeep, Mr. Dayakar Reddy, Ex-President, IPAMA and Advisory Board Member of Future Schoolz, Mr. Ajay, CEO, Ajay Prakashan, Chhattisgarh and several Indian delegates were witness to this ceremony on 03 June at Drupa.
Mr. Narendra Paruchuri said on the occasion, “Pragati follows the mantra ‘quality first’. Every day, we strive to elevate print experience to the next level. Fogra PSO Certification is a natural choice for us because we believe in the science of printing and uphold it in all of our operations. Fogra’s endorsement will give us greater confidence to pursue new pathways and raise the bar for expressing creativity through printing and packaging. Further, we are supremely confident of our pre-press excellence, Fogra endorsement, which covers everything from print ready file handling to pre-press to proofing and print production, will be an excellent confirmation of our competence and investment in knowledge, processes, and equipment over the decades.”
Prof. Dr.Rajendrakumar Anayath, reputed print Academician and Chairman of Future Schoolz’ Advisory Board commented – “I’m glad to hear this fantastic news. India is once again creating ripples in the global printing industry. Three printers signing up for Fogra PSO Certification in a week is undoubtedly a harbinger of things to come in the Indian printing sector. Standardisation is the key to the Indian printing industry’s success and global leadership. It is equally crucial to sustain and endorse it. If India aspires to become the world’s printing capital, we must first ensure quality and consistency. Going with Fogra standardisation and certification is the greatest option for us. Adopting Fogra standards would help printers assure consistent quality up to global standards, and I hope that many more will follow suit. All the best to Team Pragati, Narendra Ji and Future Schoolz!”
Mr. Kulakkada Pradeep says, “We are happy to sign up 3 printers from India in this Drupa and expect finalisation of few more in coming weeks. We are committed to assist the Indian printers to compete in global level with the best arsenals they could. Consistency, cost optimisation and productivity are going to be critical in that journey. Fogra PSO certifications equip them better than any standards currently available.”
