Happy with the footfall into their stall, Printer Supply Company’s Amitabh Luthra termed his PrintPack 2019 experience as ‘fantastic’. Having achieved their set targets for the show, the company highlighted its Edale FL 5 + FDC. “As PrintPack caters to primarily the Offset Packaging industry, we wanted to showcase the Edale FL 5 + FDC which is a single pass printing and converting line ideally suited for economically producing mono cartons,” says Amitabh.
“The machine received strong interest in the mono carton industry with many visitors giving us the feedback that this was possibly the single most innovative product at PrintPack 2019,” he adds.
Speaking about the industry in general, he says packaging is growing at a healthy pace over the past many years. “The other segments of the printing industry are also evolving and cost economics is playing an increasing role in choice of technology, but print is surely in good health,” he assures.
