Provin Technos has announced the addition of “SPANDE” product line to its portfolio. The agreement for Spande – manufactured by Shanghai Spande Intelligent Equipment, Shanghai – was signed just before drupa 2024.

S-7 Series: Fully automated Flexo press with web width of 370/450/520 mm & substrate handling capacity of 12 to 450 microns with speed range of 200 m/min. This press is equipped with auto register and auto impression setting achieved by 8 Servo controls and 2 Intelligent vision system installed on each unit, ensuring no manual setting in start-up.
S-5 Series: Automated Flexo press with web width of 370/450 mm & substrate handling capacity of 12 to 300 microns with speed range of 200 m/min.
Ink-Jet Press:
Ink-jet web press with web width of 660/ 440 mm & substrate handling capacity of 50 to 250 GSM microns with resolution of 1200 x 1200 dpi & speed range of 100 m/min for 1200 x 600 dpi. Press is built for print run of 10-15 million pages/month. The Spande digital printing machine uses high-density, high saturation, colourful, and durable water-based Environmental-friendly ink, reflecting the experience and crystallization achievements of Spande’s core inkjet technology research and development. Combination of the unique professional printing head positioning technology with Spande’s nozzle splicing technology to achieve seamless printing between nozzles, the print quality has been enhanced to next level.
Use of high quality EPSON i3200 (8) – A1HD nozzle, coupled with various ink adding system, online maintenance modes and online nozzle maintenance enables press to achieve high reliability, stable operation and consistent high print quality. Enters into partnership with Smyth
Provin Technos has entered into a partnership with Smyth s.r.l for the Indian market. An agreement in this regard was reached during the recently concluded Drupa 2024.
Smyth is the original inventor of the book sewing method known as “Smyth Sewing” worldwide. Smyth was founded by inventor David McConnell Smyth who was granted his first book sewing machine patent in 1879, championing the shift from labour-intensive hand binding to industrial scale production. Today Smyth is an Italian-owned company with 2 manufacturing facilities in Northern Italy.
