Partnership with Katsura Roller India
Katsura Japan, a 125-year-old industry leader, has joined forces with Provin Technos, a company renowned for its expertise in service and marketing. With this strategic partnership, Katsura India, combines the best of both worlds to deliver exceptional quality rubber rollers that meet the evolving needs of Indian customers.
“The Indian market presents a significant opportunity, with approximately 16,00,000 rollers sold annually, valued at Rs 1,626 crore. However, the average lifespan of these rollers varies greatly, ranging from three months to two years, depending on quality,” said Uttara.
“Recognising the immense demand for high-quality rollers, Katsura India aims to bridge the supply gap. By leveraging Katsura Japan’s expertise in manufacturing superior-quality rollers with zero defects and Provin Technos service and marketing prowess, we are committed to delivering:
– Unparalleled quality rubber rollers
– Enhanced customer satisfaction
– Increased efficiency and productivity
– Reduced downtime and maintenance costs
Katsura India is poised to revolutionize the Indian printing industry by setting new standards for quality, reliability, and customer service,” explained Uttara.
What makes Katsura Rollers stand out
India is home to approximately 200 rubber roller manufacturers, but only one company currently meets the high-quality standards required for optimal printing performance. This disparity has resulted in widespread issues, including uneven surfaces, run-out, incorrect hardness.
“These problems lead to streaking, poor ink transfer, increased operational costs,” underlined Uttara.
“To bridge this gap, we’re focusing on the Indian printing industry, dedicated to enhancing the quality of every print. Our initial target market is India, with plans to expand into other industries in the future,” she revealed.
“By delivering high-quality rollers, we aim to transform the printing experience, ensuring:
– Consistent print quality
– Reduced waste
– Increased efficiency
– Lower operational costs
Join us in revolutionizing India’s printing industry, one high-quality roller at a time,” she announced.
Provin Technos is showcasing two standout products at the exhibition:
- Katsura India Rollers: Manufactured in their state-of-the-art factory, these high-quality rollers demonstrate their commitment to precision engineering and excellence.
- Stunning Print Samples: Witness the exceptional print quality of their robust machines, including RMGT, Miyakoshi, Spande, and more. The samples showcase the vibrant colours, crisp details, and flawless finishes achievable with these machines’ technology.
Speaking on the visitor response, Uttara said, “Visitor response has been overwhelmingly positive so far! As we progress, we’re eager to welcome even more familiar faces and new clients to our booth.” Provin Technos is presenting its range of latest solutions at a 126 sq.mtrs.
