Rich Group announced the merger of its two entities some time ago to create a merged new entity. The organization merged Rich Prints Pvt. Ltd. & Rich Offset India Pvt. Ltd. into Rich Printers Private Limited.
The merger is a result of a long-term vision and strategic planning by the founders and directors of the companies, Mr. Nayan Shah and Mr. Tushar Shah.
