Shandilya Sons will demonstrate superior cleaning capabilities with the latest range of their Cleaning Solutions at Labelexpo India 2024.
“Label Expo India has always proved to be a great platform for Shandilya Sons to launch our products,” says Bhaskar Damle of Shandilya Sons. The company has been participating and showcasing their cleaning machines at the Label Expo since 2012 and always received great response for their showcase. In the forthcoming Label Expo India 2024, Shandilya Son will be present at booth M31.
Shandilya Sons will be showcasing its THREE stalwart machines viz. ANICLEAN– Ultrasonic Anilox Cleaning Machine, DOTCLEAN – Flexo Plate cleaning machine with conveyor and the newest patented AQUACLEAN – Wastewater Recycling Machine.
The Trio Machines can create a unique ‘Eco Cleaning Station’ by setting a model cleaning space in flexo label printers’ den.
‘The Eco Cleaning Station” concept will come alive at booth M31 where these machines will give visitors a first-hand experience of:
1) ANICLEAN – Ultrasonic Anilox Cleaning machine designed for cleaning 2 ceramic anilox rollers of18 Inch printing width.
2) DOTCLEAN – Flexo plate cleaning machine with conveyor offers a range of variants 450, 650 and 850. The new models offer Conveyor at both Infeed and Outfeed making DOTCLEAN an attractive choice allowing continuous feeding of multiple plates for cleaning. DOTCLEAN 450 will be demonstrated at the exhibit.
3) AQUACLEAN – Wastewater Recycling Machine is a patented design and process of Shandilya Sons. The machine is designed keeping in mind the flexo printing industry’s specific requirements. Its application-based design takes AQUACLEAN a step ahead of general ETP machines.
