Automatic Die Cutting Machine with Stripping and Foiling attachment

This machine by Sodhisons adopts numerous advanced pneumatic and servo driving processing technology. It is capable of creasing, die cutting and stripping after printing products on a wide range of substrates including above 80g/m2 paper, cardboard, corrugated paper below 4mm, pasting paper, laminating paper and so on. The machine is designed to work stably and safely even when the speeds reach 7500 sheets/h. additionally, it is equipped with both Vertical and Horizontal Foiling device. It adopts advanced technology with single gripper location enabling adjustment for perfect front-and-back registration. Over a dozen electric heating areas have timing pneumatic temperature controller function; each area can be controlled separately. It makes foil-delivering servo curve tracking the speed variation of machine in time for using motion controller.

KDX high speed Dry Lamination Machine is a high Speed Dry Lamination machine with Hot Knife Cutting system offered by Sodhisons. It is a fully integrated system for high volume production. It boasts rugged construction and design with the machine weighing about 8 tonnes. Main frame of machine is 8.6 meter long and conveyor 6 meter long for more stabilised movement of glued sheets resulting in ‘More Flatter Sheets Without Any Warps’. Additionally, a shaftless feeder equipped with high-speed automatic reach head, paper suction nozzle can adjust the paper feeding angle freely regardless of paper thickness, ensuring high-speed and smooth paper delivery.
