Soma will conduct Open House at its HQ in Lanskraun, CZ. The event will take place on November 14^th and 15^th. Soma will conduct live demos of its Flexo Upstream/ Downstream Unit & Gravure Downstream Unit of its intelligent printing unit. OPTIMA‘s Intelligent Printing Units (IPU) – provide the flexibility to produce various packaging efficiently in a single pass operation. There will also be live demos of Soma Flexographic Press Optima2 8C and Plate Mounter S-Mount. During Demo-I, heat seal printing capability by flexo will be demonstrated by applying high volume of heat seal. In Demo-II, Optima’s downstream gravure unit will be used to apply cold-seal. In Demo-III, speedy changeover will be performed from plate mounting to make ready on the press using Optima’s built in intelligence, the Changeover Wizard.
