Sakurai will hold an Open House from 18 to 21 April 2018 at Sakurai Graphic Systems Gifu Factory, Japan. The 8th New technology Introduction Show will feature exhibition and demonstration of Sakurai’s latest products/technologies.
Sakurai will introduce its printed sheets inspection system, MS-102INS; two colour, cylinder type roll to roll screen printing press, MSDR-30; vertical turn type cylinder press, MSDR-30VTDRY; and multi-purpose process machine, OL-266RCS. Other highlights include direct servo drive cylinder press, MS-110DDS+CCD and full auto flat-bed screen press, MF-80VII (both Version UP); and Sakurai’s film image setter, SIS-2800.
The MS-102INS is an inspection device that combines accurate conveying positioning technology with elaborate camera technology of Webtech.
MSDR-30 is a cylinder type roll-to-roll printing machine suitable for electronic device manufacturers among others. Fine patch patterns/lines with conductive paste and functional paste can be precisely deposited on fine thinner film and accurately aligned by CCD camera.
MSDR-30VTDRY is a drying apparatus that stores about 20m of film with a length of about 1m by the vertical turn system. The air turn bar system for all lower rolls allows that the structure of the film does not contact the transport roll at all. It supports high furnace temperature of as much as 150 oC and both solvent type ink and primary firing of conductive paste is possible.
OL-266RCS is a compound processing machine facilitating punching, half cutting, sewing etc. the magnetic cylinder makes it absolutely easy while installing punching blade.
MS-110DDS+CCD features added devices to eliminate scratches during material transport and improved CCD camera for reduced set-up time.
MF-80VII can print 1000 sheets/hr up to 2mm thickness. Additionally, it has sheet scratch reducing devices, motorized squeegee pressure control system and optical sheet alignment support system.
SIS-2800 is Sakurai’s simple and cost-effective film imagesetter for screen plate making. It carries out roll film conveyance, exposure, development processing and cutting fully automatically.
