Anil Namugade in an exclusive talk speaks about the idea of pioneering his dedicated proofing company for packaging, the growth journey and more.
Trigon Digipack got established in the year 2008 when Anil Namugade observed that there was no dedicated proofing company for packaging in the country. He established a proofing and mock-up company that aimed to cater to the needs of the creative agencies and brand owners who were struggling to get their proofing done.
Trigon is a digital packaging company with international presence across, India, Singapore, Dubai etc. It serves start-ups, SMEs, Mid-sized companies, MNCs, advertising agencies, designers, and converters by offering a comprehensive suite of services that cover every possible requirement of a packaging professional in the digital context.
Trigon began its involvement with the packaging industry by pioneering the use of Mock-Ups as a management decision support tool. Since then, over the past 25 years it has held aloft the innovation banner by delivering a range of high-utility services that range from short-run digital printing to mock-ups, labels, shrink sleeves, cartons canisters, designing and custom packaging. They have been serving the segments of Health & Nutrition, Food Packaging, Personal Care, Beverages, Household Products, Pharmaceuticals, etc.
“Delivering speed in every deed we undertake enables marketers to shorten their lead time to the market with zero compromises while minimising budget spending,” introduces Anil Namugade.
“We are known for our responsive service, state-of-the-art print-related infrastructure, distributed presence, innovative DNA, sustainable solutions, and delivering excellence as a minimum benchmark,” he states.
Anil Namugade had a rich experience in the printing industry before he established Trigon. “Hands-on experience, actual working on the machines, understanding of the technology, Print standardization and colour management expertise, passion for proofing, all these factors helped me to get into Entrepreneurship,” he shares.
Recalling the starting days, Anil says, “I always believed that, going to the doorstep of the customers will always help to grow the business especially in providing proofing and mockup services for packaging. While our key customers of FMCG brand owners like Unilever Genmills, Kellogs and Procter & Gamble with whom we work very closely in India, have helped us to reach out to the different countries they were present in. Eventually we started serving them for those different countries as well, which also describes our international expansion.”
The present range of solutions chiefly includes:
- New Packaging Development
- Packaging Mockups on actual substrates
- PRINT on DEMAND – Quick Packaging Solution, Pouches, Labels, Gift Boxes, Cartons etc
- Variable Data & Personalized Printing
- 3D – 2D Pack shot Solutions – E-commerce
What makes Trigon a preferred choice for its customers, according to Anil Namugade is their being a Solution Provider and not just a vendor. Besides, they are known for their Quick Turnaround and Consistent Quality among the customers.
Team Trigon is a squad of 120 dedicated People who are responsible for their respective designation and deliver towards the common goal of Trigon Digital, a company which looks forwarded to crossing the Rs.100cr. turnover milestone this year.
“It’s always a man behind the machine hence PEOPLE. Our infrastructure is our backbone. Our expertise, proficiency and one-stop solution make us stand apart from the competition,” announces Anil.
