UV Graphic Technologies, with a strong installation base of 23 machines installed and successfully running at different customer locations, registered sales figures of INR 300 million last year. They are pretty positive about the next year and are confident to better their last year’s performance.
The recent COVID-19 hit period has been a bit tough with certain slowdown in the two months of lockdown. However, UV Technologies has averted any significant impact on their business through innovation and adaptation. For example, due to limited industry meeting points and networking opportunities, they managed the situation with social media, direct contact with customers and advertising.
“The lockdown gave time to innovative people to remodel their businesses and make wise investment decisions. Investment in the latest and best equipment may look expensive initially, but the high productivity will pay off quickly. It will generate far less waste which will help pay for itself. Progressive businesses must stay up to date with the most modern trends and implement new technology. They should not rely on second hand obsolete equipment, which may set them back and hamper their growth,” advises Abhay.
The UV Graphic Technologies machines stand out with competitive products in the market for their near zero wastage during press setup, quick job changes, in line finishing, value addition, high speed and reliability. The company provides a range of machines and solutions to the printing industry including: Flexo Presses for Films, Label and In Mould Labels, Digital Finishing Equipment, Die Cutting Machines, Slitter Rewinders, Web Inspection Systems, 100% Defect Detection Systems, UV Coating and Curing Systems, LED UV Systems and Hot Foil Stamping Machinery. Soon they plan to launch some new products such as High Speed Slitter Rewinder with Turret, Semi Rotary Die Cutting and Hot Foil Stamping and an economic Flexo Press for the B and C Segment.
