– To add visuals and long run solutions to its portfolio with the enhanced capability.
Vandana Creation started in 1995 with screen printing business to gradually diversify its portfolio to B&W printing services in 2003. The turning point came in 2006 when they started colour print business with the purchase of their first colour RC machine DocuColour-12 that year. “We soon realized that in order to succeed we should invest in a Xerox machine with FSMA,” says Mr. Susheel Sharma of Vandana Creations. “The Xerox team was very supportive and guided us well.”
Post the installation of the Xerox 550 in 2012, there was no looking back. In July 2015, they upgraded their facility and installed a Xerox Colour C70. Very recently, they have invested in a Xerox Versant 3100 press. In the past five years, Xerox has played an important role in the growth of Vandana’s business.
Chiefly catering to retail clients of the graphic segment, Vandana offers a wide range of CMYK and Black and White Print services to customers. The job work constitutes mostly short-run jobs. Apart from the long line up lead by Xerox Versant 3100 press, they have a B&W machine and various finishing equipment including those for Cutting and Lamination etc.
“Speed, quality and machine life are the key features that really encouraged us to invest in the Xerox Versant 3100 press. Also, the support and training provided by Xerox further motivated us,” comments Susheel on their decision to invest in their latest Xerox.
“We also considered a few other machines, however, owing to our special bond with Xerox, because of its premium quality, service and sales team; we purchased the Xerox Versant 3100,” he adds.
The Vadodara based digital print services provider has a staff strength of four and the products are of diverse media type. So far, they have printed 3.50 lac sheets on their Versant 3100 which is complemented by a state-of-the-art infrastructure and equipment like Automatic German made cutting machine, Thermal Lamination and Spiral Machine to name just a few.
With the increased capabilities post Versant 3100 installation, Susheel wants to add visuals and long-run jobs to his portfolio. “Post the installation of the Versant 3100 press, our production capacity has increased immensely and we have also seen a huge difference in terms of copy quality and delivery schedules,” states Susheel who expects to maintain 10 to 15 percent yearly growth after their latest installation.
