Veepee launches App to ease flexo platemaking for label printers, flexible packaging companies, corrugating converters and brand owners.
Veepee Graphics, based out of Bengaluru, offers pre-press services and digital flexo platemaking all over the subcontinent, has launched a one of its kind new App aimed at their customers who include label printers, flexible packaging companies, corrugating converters and brand owners. The App, available on both Android as well as iOS platforms, can be used by their customers for communication with Veepee’s in-house ERP management system’s customer interface.
The Veepee App is one of those all-the-way applications that can be used not only for communicating specifications, uploading files but also for monitoring the work right up to delivery to press. At the launch ceremony on the second day at Label Expo India 2018 at their stall, P Jayachandra said, “With the APP, the whole journey of any job we undertake can be tracked online and thus avoid any interaction between customer and my team since there is an option of live chat as well as video conferencing as part of its functions.”
In fact all the email communications have been integrated into the App and when an email is sent to the customer about a job, the customer gets an alert on the App. In addition, he will get continuous reminders till he approves the job. “This not only makes our life easier but also makes it a lot easier for our customers, who can now trace their job status at the click of a button,” gleams Jayachandran. The App is available free to customers and is activated on approval of requests.
Vee Pee Graphics has recently opened a plate making set up in Sri Lanka too with an eye on the labels and tag market in the island country.
