Atlas Industrial Corporation is introducing for the first time in India low budget multi-function Velvet Coating & Crystal UV Coating Machine with combined UV & IR Drying Systems attached to it. This machine is most suitable to coat soft touch Velvet Coating as well as high gloss Crystal UV Coating to give special effect on printed materials and is provided with combined IR & UV Drying Systems online which will allow use of water base chemical coating & oil base UV Coating material and can operate on single phase electric energy.
This machine is available in two sizes 24” & 36”. Interested industry people will find an opportunity to see the performance of this latest innovation at the upcoming PACK PLUS Exhibition (July 27 – 30, 2016) at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.
Atlas will also demonstrate Zhongtai’s New Model Reflection Embossing Machine with High Pile Delivery System working size 750 x 1000 mm. For better performance and long life the manufacturers have adopted many imported components like Japanese electronics & ball bearings, air compressor and sensors from germany, electrical motors & copper wirings from Taiwan and several other parts. Zhongtai’s new Model Machines can now do micro embossing, reflection embossing, deep embossing as well as 2D effects from a single plate in one go which will besides enhancing the beauty of the job will also ensure greater security for the designs from being duplicated.
