VINSAK, the exclusive distributor of Lombardi presses in the Region, has installed a new Lombardi Synchroline press at Aquarius Printing Press LLC in the UAE. As part of expansion coupled with diversification, the company has already installed an 8 colour Flexo Press to cater to the Pressure Sensitive Labels segment and in the near future to shrink sleeves and IML. The press installed is Lombardi Synchroline 430 that has facilities for delam-relam, web turn, cold foil/hot foil stamping. With a wider deckle, compared to the regular presses, the advantage is faster turn- around of jobs.

Lombardi Converting Machinery S.p.A. is a 30 year old Italian company and is known for production and distribution, narrow web and wide web flexographic in-line presses. With this new installation, the UAE alone has 8 Machines installed in the last 4 years. All over, Lombardi has installed more than 300 In Line Flexo presses globally with about 80 being sold in the VINSAK territories.
