Mumbai will host WAN-IFRA India 2015, Expo & Conference the 5th edition of WAN-IFRA Expo & twenty third annual conference of WAN-IFRA in South Asia from September 2-4.
The event is co-sponsored by the Indian Newspaper Society, the central organisation of the Press of India.
The conference will have three parallel tracks.
a) Newsroom Summit
b) Printing Summit and
c) Cross-media Advertising Summit
The conference will discuss the business and technology challenges and provide a direction into the future of the news publishing industry in the region. The conference draws much significance in the backdrop of the digital media revolution facing the South Asian news publishing industry in one hand and the challenge of managing the growth of print media business on the other hand.
The event will be held at Bombay Convention & Exhibition Centre and coincide along with exhibition of news publishing vendors. The World Young Reader Awards will be presented during the conference.
WAN-IFRA India Expo is the second-largest international exhibition in the world for trends and practices in the newspaper printing and publishing industry. At the Expo, the industry’s top technology and service providers will feature the entire newspaper production workflow.
