Xeikon has announced live demo of its Cheetah Technology at drupa 2016. The Xeikon CX3, based on Xeikon’s Cheetah Technology is claimed to be the most productive five colour digital press by the company in its class.
The Xeikon digital presses for self-adhesive labels excel in productivity and high quality printing. With a top speed of 30m/min or 98 ft/min, the Xeikon CX3 allows the use of substrate widths up to 330 mm or 13 inches. The Xeikon CX3 offers all the other benefits of Xeikon label presses. These benefits include full rotary printing, a print resolution of true 1200 x 3600 dpi, toners that meet FDA regulations for food contact, and one pass opaque white toner. With the Xeikon CX3, the quality benchmark has just become significantly faster.
